In anticipation of this year's holiday season, Parents Against CPS/Court Corruption is making a NAUGHTY LIST.
"You better watch out, you better not cry, we're gonna find out whose naughty or nice. Corrupt attorneys ya gonna, go down!"
Please fill out this short form to add your lawyer, judge or social worker to the list. You do not have to leave your name or contact information, but we strongly encourage it, so that we can follow up with you and assist you in drafting your state bar or judge oversight agency complaints, and so we can demand action on your complaints.
Only the names and bad deeds of those listed in the Naughty List will be made public.
Sign the Naughty List here.
1) Here is the link for the California State Bar complaint form. Please, please, please, if you submit a complaint to the state bar, we would very much appreciate if you could send a copy to us at justice@familiesrise.org, so we can include your complaint in our demands.
2) Here is the link to the online complaint form for the Commission on Judicial Performance, for complaints regarding judicial misconduct. Again, please email us and copy and paste the complaint into the body of the email, so we can add your complaint to our demands.
We're always looking for new partners to collaborate with on projects and events. If your organization shares our values and mission, let's work together to make a positive impact.
Help us raise awareness of our mission and programs by sharing our website, social media pages, and events with your friends, family, and colleagues.
Attorneys Jim Bordelon, Vincent Davis, Jennifer Ani, and Julia Tenyeck have made the Parents Against CPS/Court Corruption “Naughty List”. These attorneys have demonstrated a pattern of ineffective assistance of counsel and MUST BE DISBARRED!
The San Francisco juvenile dependency panel program is currently administered by the Judicial Council, which means that the court pays for and chooses the court-appointed attorneys on the cases, and often the judge deliberating on a case has the freedom to appoint the family defense attorneys on the same case. What does this mean? Our attorneys don’t work for us. They work for and in the interest of the court and removing agency. The separation of powers is an illusion.
This must end. PACC is proposing radical reform to the juvenile dependency panel program. The programs shall be administered by county Board of Supervisors, and parents shall be given vouchers so they can choose their own attorneys.
If you or someone you know has been harmed by a corrupt lawyer, judge, or social worker, please add their name to The Naughty List, so we can demand the revocation of their license and put them on blast!

End Qualified Immunity: Codify an end to public official immunity into the federal civil rights statute, 42 USC 1983, so that families have the legal right to sue their judges, court-appointed attorneys, and social workers for misconduct and collusion.
Abolish & Rebuild: Reform juvenile dependency and family court systems, standardize procedures and evidence rules, enforce higher attorney standards, mandate detailed evidence and legal justification for child removals, ensure fair access to evidence and protect court records, address misuse and streamline restraining order processes.
Give Us Back Our Children: Reopen all cases that involved criminal fraud and/or misconduct.
Address attorney misconduct: Defund the Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers and Children's Law Center. We must send a message to all crooked attorneys that they can and will be held accountable for wrongdoing!
Reform Attorney Panels: Currently in California, court-appointed family defense attorneys do not work for their clients, they work for and in the interest of the court. We are proposing to switch to a voucher system, so that impacted individuals can choose their own attorneys. This program shall be administered by the county board of supervisors, rather than the Judicial Council.
Fund Pilot Program: Support a state-wide program to implement the Family First Act, for the purpose of reducing child removals and expedite reunification.
Demand Supreme Court Accountability: Call for increased scrutiny and accountability of U.S. Supreme Court decisions affecting family law and child welfare, ensuring that families are protected by just and fair legal standards.
